With a passion for music outweighing her love of chai (which is really saying something!), performing on stage is as comfortable as being at home – so much so Charlotte Emily takes her shoes off at the door. Described by UK Festival organisers as an “upbeat Norah Jones”, Charlotte Emily (& band) deliver good vibes a-plenty with soul/pop/folk infused tunes.

Having taken to many festival stages including the Brisbane Festival Spiegeltent, Airlie Beach Music Festival, Jungle Love Festival, The Wintermoon Festival, The Village Festival, Palm Creek Folk Festival, The Tablelands Festival, Music On The Green (UK) & Ipswich Music Day (UK) and touring throughout Queensland (The Whitsunday Islands, Airlie Beach, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast & Byron Bay NSW), Charlotte Emily & band released and distributed EP “Dreamstealer” through MGM Distribution and iTunes in early 2014. Since the release, Charlotte Emily & band have performed at some killer venues including; The Tivoli, Brisbane Powerhouse, Eatons Hill Hotel & Function Centre, Black Bear Lodge, Twin Towns, among many others!

Charlotte’s “rare ability to engage an audience from the first word” (Q Live), cheery demeanour and heartfelt songwriting has also allowed her to support some of Australia’s best artists, including; Pete Murray, Daryl Braithwaite, Karise Eden, Wendy Matthews, Icehouse, Damien Leith,

Christine Anu, Deborah Conway, Sinead Burgess, Iluka, Jim Keays, Russell Morris and tour with Aussie legend Mark Seymour (Hunters & Collectors).
